1.先把鸡肉切丁,

2.切完加入生粉、少许盐和花生油腌制片刻备用。

3.把腌制的鸡丁入锅大火炒散,

5.最后勾个薄芡加入花生和香麻油炒匀即可。
小窍门&温馨提示
花生要最后才加入,入锅后炒匀即刻出锅,这样的花生比较脆口不易软化。
